I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Kirkland's (Birmingham, AL) in Jan 2014
Interview
I had a sit down with the training manager. He was very courteous. He aske. d questions and asked if I had any questions. I suggest that you ask your questions here: "How early will I ever be expected to arrive for a shift?" (Some days you will have truck deliveries - you will be expected to arrive VERY early. This happens often. Also, ask how long you are expected to stay after closing. Typically, it will be 1 1/2 hours after closing before you can actually leave.)
