Walked into the store and asked senior manager if they were hiring. She told me to fill out an application online and come back into the store the next week. When I came back she took down my name and gave it to the store manager. A couple of weeks later the store manager called for an interview. The store manager and senior manager interviewed me and I was offered the job with a start day of less than a week later.

They will ask you very basic questions about yourself. Mainly they just want to know an overview of your background and your overall character and work ethic. May be different for manager positions
Super easy interview process. Pre-interview phone call with store manager, then show up in person for one interview. As this is a front facing role, the questions are mostly based on customer service.
