I applied online and received a phone call within a week for a group interview. It was my first group interview, so I wasn't sure what to expect. The managers said to answer whatever questions we had experience and/or were comfortable answering. It was very informal and comfortable. It felt like a group of friends sharing ideas. Unfortunately, I was not selected for the job. I received an email stating such, but no feedback as to why. My only suggestion would be to add that feedback to assist applicants in their future searches.
