The interview process was good. Reviewed previous retail experience talked about what I enjoyed about decorating. How I could apps to the current sales associate work. The overall process of the interview was very relaxed and I enjoyed the process. I have always enjoyed shopping at kirklands and the idea of working at the store was meet with excitement

It was an open interview, because of a new store being opened. I waited for 1-2 minutes until I was called for an interview. Sat down asked some questions to the Manager and handed her a cover letter and resume.
