Kirkland's Store Manager interview questions

There were several interviews, one by the store manager, then the District Manager then a phone interview with the corporate HR. The interview with the corporate HR rep uncovered the fact that they were very distanced from the store level and store process. The HR phone interview was very fragmented and disorganized and almost caused me not to accept the offer.
