I had two interviews (1) First with the HR manager, who was brilliant. He explained the company and the role with clarity. We had good discussion about the role and my suitability. It took 30 minutes from memory. Then I had an interview with the hiring manager, she was also excellent. She was humble and explained the role and the expectations. The process didn't feel like your typical interview, it was really about exploring our interests, expectation and if we are suitable match.
