I don't understand why is it so difficult for a company to provide a feedback after an interview is done. I spoke to the director responsible for this position on a phone interview. At the end of a good conversation, he said the HR would reach out to provide guidance on the next steps of the hiring process. Then I never heard back from them again, even though I followed up by with an email 2 weeks after the interview.
It is a lack of respect, on my view. The candidates must follow strict rules to be even considered as a candidate, and then not even a note to provide a feedback is received after an interview? And I see this company advertising itself as a great place to work on linkedin, posting photos of female employees going on maternity leave, or posting that they are diverse, but they cannot do even the minimum for their image with possible future employees.
