I have applied through a linkedIn job posting for the maintenance planner vacancy and they have contacted me to attend for the interview after 2 months, The recruiter has given absolutely no details regarding the interview process or the steps to be executed during that upcoming interview. It consists of an english and IQ tests then a panel interview with the recruiter and the technical team. During the interview, I was given the impression that they're impressed with me and told me there will be another interview with the plant manager but then I haven't heard from them, after 3 weeks I called the recruiter and he told me that I passed the first interview but they are interview more people to present multiple candidate for the second interview, then I never heard from them again!
