Nach dem Gespräch habe ich nie wieder etwas gehört. Aber sie schicken mir immer wieder Stellen (automatisch), die nicht zu mir passen. Ich werde mich bei diesem Unternehmen nicht mehr bewerben.

Interview
I went through six rounds of interviews with Knopf India. The interactions felt partly condescending and at times gender-biased, with unsolicited advice on how I should carry myself and constant questions about my family background in almost every round. Despite positive indications in the final round, there was no feedback or closure — I was completely ghosted after investing significant time. Overall, it didn’t reflect well on the company’s hiring process and candidate experience.
