Contacted by a recruiter on Linked in. Had a brief conversation that detailed what they were looking for. Next had a 1 hour phone interview with the manager that involved some design and logic questions. So far so good. Next was a take home development project. Finally came to the office in Jersey City phone further interviews that consisted on 2:1 meetings. The first of these must have been some kind of stress test because their internal video conference system had this very strange echo making the person on the other end unintelligable. At one point they asked me to help fix their system. Very strange experience.
