I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Knighted Ventures (Sacramento, CA) in Jun 2016
Interview
I applied after finding the position on Craigslist. I completed an online application and online math test, followed by a phone screen with some basic interview questions. Afterward I went in to an in-person interview with the HR Lead and was invited back to a two-day, 8-hour per day training/final interview. The same day of the last training I was given a phone call with an offer.

Three phases. First was a group interview going over responsibilities and logistics including expected wardrobe, then brief math quiz to demonstrate expectations for on the job mental math. Then they reached out to schedule a second interview time. I know there's three in all, but I didn't go through with the process
Round one was a group information session on Zoom. I was asked to do a simple math test (addition, multiplication). Round two was a one-on-one where I was asked to do another basic addition test.

Interview
About 5 minutes of behavioral and schedule discussion, then they made me do about 10 basic math exercises. You are provided as much time for each exercise. I definitely could have prepped better for the interview.
