Apply online, get an email and call back to schedule an online interview. Interview with HR and they tell you about the training. Then two days of intensive training to assess skills

Standard interview questions: Strengths, weaknesses, previous jobs, where do you see yourself in 5 years etc... Then some math problems to gauge skills
Three phases. First was a group interview going over responsibilities and logistics including expected wardrobe, then brief math quiz to demonstrate expectations for on the job mental math. Then they reached out to schedule a second interview time. I know there's three in all, but I didn't go through with the process
Round one was a group information session on Zoom. I was asked to do a simple math test (addition, multiplication). Round two was a one-on-one where I was asked to do another basic addition test.

About 5 minutes of behavioral and schedule discussion, then they made me do about 10 basic math exercises. You are provided as much time for each exercise. I definitely could have prepped better for the interview.
