Interview
I emailed HR my resume on Friday and was contacted via email, by Drew, on Monday regarding coming in for an interview. I didn't apply for a specific position, so I wasn't completely sure what to expect. As soon as I got there I felt comfortable. As I sat to wait for my interview, Stephanie, the receptionist was very helpful. Besides putting me at ease, she asked if I had any questions, and offered to tell me more about the company while I waited. I then interviewed with Drew and Michelle, they were both very personable and made me feel comfortable. They asked me basic interview questions, but the interview was more a conversation and seemed very organic. After talking to those two I was required to take a few tests and give references. The interview itself with the tests took about 2 hours. Drew called me back later that evening offering me the job.
I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at KnowBe4 (Clearwater, FL) in Sep 2016

Awesome! You apply online first, then they call you and ask some basic interview questions. Then you are asked to take a personality and basic aptitude test and submit a paragraph of a an your greatest accomplishment.

Question 1
They ask you questions about you and what you like to do. I really like that because they want to make sure they put you in the right position b/c they don't want to just throw you in something they know you won't like so they use those questions to sometimes suit you for a different opening that they have.

Interview
The first part of the interview process was very casual as I was asked standard questions on what my background was (personally and professionally). It was a very comfortable, low stress start to the interview process. I was then asked questions on what made me want to join the company and why I was interested in the position I was applying for.
The other parts of the interview process involved taking a general aptitude test, a test pertaining specifically to what I would be doing if hired, and a general personality test. The aptitude and position-related test were timed and the personality test was not.
Overall, it was a very pleasant experience
