The interview process consisted of a series of phone interviews. One phone interview with was 3 men who I wasn't going to work with. One phone interview was with 2 women who I was going to work with. There was never an in person interview.

Interview process was friendly and very relaxed. The person interviewing me knew exactly what they were looking for, was able to articulate the direction needed. She presented scenarios for discussion and identification of potential solutions as a way forward as sort of a knowledge check.
