The interview process was relatively fast-paced and moved quickly. However, once I arrived at the take-home assignment stage, and submitted my assignment, I heard nothing. I spent several hours working on the assignment and received no feedback or acknowledgment of the work I’d done. Only to eventually receive a rather generic email stating that they had offered the role to another candidate. It was a bit bizarre, and unprofessional, so I ultimately felt relieved that I wasn’t selected.
