Most bizarre interview process. Instead of verbally asking questions, I had to fill in written answers while interviewer was on the phone listening to me type. Ended up being distracting and only gave 30 mins to answer over 20 questions. I’m an expert in my field but had no chance to show that. I recommend hiring an agency to do questions screening with reasonable time to answer each question.
