Kohl's Beauty Lead Advisor interview questions

Terrible. Checked in. Waited 25 minutes standing awkwardly next to customer service area as people came and went. Finally was greeted and taken to back office for interview around 1:10. They said just to let you know we have no openings but we can still do an interview for the future. I said sure. They asked my availability. I told them. They said for full time you have to have 100% open availability to work any day or time. They shook my hand and said thank you and I asked, oh is that it? They said Yes. I was walking out by 1:12. Unprofessional and disrespectful of time. For context: They posted online that they had job openings, I did the application, they sent me an email to set up interview, etc. I don't know what happened- maybe it was racial discrimination? Who knows.
