Interview
We exchanged emails several times before we were able to have a phone interview. The Recruiting Manager was very friendly and shared a good deal of data about the company and the role. It sounds like the company is expanding at a healthy pace and they are needing leaders to help them grow yet maintain their client first culture. The interview was cut short due to time. I was hoping to get to meet with the team face to face but they decided to go in another direction.
