For this role, I was told that I went it through to the final interview but I was told that they already gave out an offer to another candidate one day after, and it was only several hours before my interview.

Question 1
How have I worked in a tight deadlines requirement and how I handle stress
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Kohl's (Milpitas, CA) in Jul 2018
Interview
A phone screen followed by onsite. The questions were rather on the easy side of algorithms and few machine learning related ones. Two people interview at once. The VP who was supposed to interview didn't bother to come and no one informed it till the end of the next interview. This made me think the company doesn't value your time. I'm overall not satisfied with their process and would never go back.
