The managers like to hire from within the store. They post the job offers up in the store first, before making it public. I interviewed with the store manager. It was like a regular interview asking regular questions. I was applying for this job because I had experience for 3 years, and I wanted to move in the store.

Interview
It was me and one other person interviewing in front of the store manager and assistant managers. The interview itself lasted about 30 minutes and they called me the next day for a second interview. After the second interview, I got hired right on the spot. It was a fairly easy interview.

They asked basic questions like, name a time where you went above and beyond for a customer, and what would you do if a customer asked you a question and you didn't know the answer. There were also leadership questions like, on a busy day how would you prioritize the fitting room and the floor with your associates.
