I applied online. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Kohl's in Oct 2011
Interview
I applied online and was called a few days after by an HR person on a Sunday to set up an interview time for the Tuesday after that at 2 pm. They did not mention that it would be a group interview but I researched online before going to find that out. On the day of the interview, I arrived about 15 minutes early along with about 6 other people and waited about ten minutes for the interviewer. She showed up and led us back to a room with a big table that we all sat at. She introduced herself and explained that we would be going around answering the questions and starting with a different person each time. We were all asked the same questions and each person gave their own unique answers. After the interview, which took about 20 minutes or so, she handed all of us a packet of papers that asked for employment history, license and social security numbers, and references. She told us that we will hear back by Thursday either way and left. I received a phone call today, a little over a week after the interview, and was offered the position as a sales associate in the juniors, men's and misses department. The pay is quite low but I also have 2 other job offers as well so I will be working more than just that.

Question 1
Tell me about a time you delivered great customer service?
Basic simple interview, mine was over the phone asking availability, why you want to work here, your strengths and weaknesses. They will tell you a little bit about working there and the company and thats about it. Nothing difficult and they will give you scenarios to see how you would handle them.

I applied online. I interviewed at Kohl's (Stockbridge, GA)
Interview
Process was pretty simple and straightforward. Longest part was waiting between the initial application and being selected to schedule an interview, which took about 6 weeks. My phone interview lasted around 20 minutes where they asked the typical questions. I was hired the next day.
I applied online. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Kohl's (Westminster, CO) in Nov 2025
Interview
Got the interview but was told to re-schedule to the next day just 45 mins ahead. Then the manager or supervisor (named Laura) never called back. I don't even bother to call them back because I ended up accepted a better offer from another company.
