I applied online. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Kohl's (Woodbridge, VA) in Sep 2016
Interview
Enter the store and gather around the customer service desk for a manager to retrieve the group. The Group walks back to a conference style room with the interviewer and 3 interviewees. There were some interviews that were no-shows. We sat down and the interviewer introduced herself, her role and her tenure with Kohl's. Then she pulled out our folders with our names on it and called out who was present. Then the questions started. Each question asked was answered by all interviewees in a rotating fashion. Interviewees has an opportunity to share some facts about themselves. We were asked what positions the intervewees would like to fill at Kohl's and if we had any questions for the Interviewer. Interviewees asked the Interviewer what are the store hours? Hours that interviewees would be asked to work? Can interviewees take on more than part time hours? When does the Seasonal Timeframe start and ends? The Interviewer told interviewees that Managers review employees at the end of the year to decide who they would like to stay aboard for permanent employment and the best way to make the list is to give your all to your position during the season.

Interview
Got the interview but was told to re-schedule to the next day just 45 mins ahead. Then the manager or supervisor (named Laura) never called back. I don't even bother to call them back because I ended up accepted a better offer from another company.
