I applied online. I interviewed at Kohl's (Springfield, MA) in Oct 2015
Interview
group interview and depending on availability you were hired because them choosing you by email to interview is a very good sign now how you answer the questions with definitely be key i think its very nerve wrecking to interview in groups but let your light shine and becoming the 1st to answer it shows you are a outgoing leader.
It was a pretty standard interview with situational questions and they explained the job duties. They also took me around the store to show me around and introduce me to everyone.
Pretty straight forward, the interview was like any other for any clothing company. Pretty quick, from call to being on the job took 1-2 weeks minimum. Though pay wasn’t that great, it was still a good learning experience.

Question 1
If a customer asked for a location of a product what will you do
Fairly easy interview with standard questions about experience and availability. The interviewer was professional and explained the role clearly. I was surprised to learn of evening availability requirements that were not reflected in the availability I submitted on my application.
