I applied online. I interviewed at Kohl's (Salem, OR)
Interview
It was a group interview, me and 4 others wanting the job. I was the only person without paid work experience, but that didn't seem to matter! They asked us each the same question and it was very simple. She told us a little bit about the job, pay and hours. And that was it, she sent us on our way and now I'm waiting for an email to let me know if I got an offer or not.
It was a pretty standard interview with situational questions and they explained the job duties. They also took me around the store to show me around and introduce me to everyone.
Pretty straight forward, the interview was like any other for any clothing company. Pretty quick, from call to being on the job took 1-2 weeks minimum. Though pay wasn’t that great, it was still a good learning experience.

Question 1
If a customer asked for a location of a product what will you do
Fairly easy interview with standard questions about experience and availability. The interviewer was professional and explained the role clearly. I was surprised to learn of evening availability requirements that were not reflected in the availability I submitted on my application.
