I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Kohl's (Milwaukee, WI) in Dec 2017
Interview
Was connected to an HR Executive for my first phone interview, then was brought on sight and had a very long day of interviews for several different departments. Everyone was incredibly friendly and it was a very comfortable conversational interview. We went over my portfolio and then the rest of the interview would basically stem off of that.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Kohl's (Menomonee Falls, WI) in Oct 2014
Interview
After getting in touch with a recruiter, she set up an interview day where I met with 3 design managers and 2 senior designers to see which department I would best fit in. It was a very casual, fun interview. You can tell that everyone who works there, loves being there which was nice to see. I chatted with all the designers and went through my portfolio with them; very laid back.
