I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Kohl's in Sep 2018
Interview
Like everyone else, I filled out an application on line. Within a few days I received an email requesting I choose an interview day/time. There were lots of days/times to choose from. I arrived early and I didn't realize it was a group interview (should've read the reviews first) and my other interview partner just one) was 15 minutes late so we waited on her. There were 3 others that were supposed to join but they never showed up.
We interviewed with the store manager, he asked us each a question first, then we had the opportunity to add to the other person's answers if ours was different. He did try to customize some of the questions to our backgrounds so that we just weren't going down the list. It was a little awkward because the lady I was with had interviewed for another role and he was a bit familiar with her already. I didn't think the questions were difficult at all, especially if you've ever interviewed at any other job. I wasn't overly nervous or anything, it was a seasonal job and I'm just looking for something relaxing and earn some extra money. I realize it's much more serious for a lot of other people.
Basic simple interview, mine was over the phone asking availability, why you want to work here, your strengths and weaknesses. They will tell you a little bit about working there and the company and thats about it. Nothing difficult and they will give you scenarios to see how you would handle them.

I applied online. I interviewed at Kohl's (Stockbridge, GA)
Interview
Process was pretty simple and straightforward. Longest part was waiting between the initial application and being selected to schedule an interview, which took about 6 weeks. My phone interview lasted around 20 minutes where they asked the typical questions. I was hired the next day.
I applied online. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Kohl's (Westminster, CO) in Nov 2025
Interview
Got the interview but was told to re-schedule to the next day just 45 mins ahead. Then the manager or supervisor (named Laura) never called back. I don't even bother to call them back because I ended up accepted a better offer from another company.
