Like everyone else, I filled out an application on line. Within a few days I received an email requesting I choose an interview day/time. There were lots of days/times to choose from. I arrived early and I didn't realize it was a group interview (should've read the reviews first) and my other interview partner just one) was 15 minutes late so we waited on her. There were 3 others that were supposed to join but they never showed up. We interviewed with the store manager, he asked us each a question first, then we had the opportunity to add to the other person's answers if ours was different. He did try to customize some of the questions to our backgrounds so that we just weren't going down the list. It was a little awkward because the lady I was with had interviewed for another role and he was a bit familiar with her already. I didn't think the questions were difficult at all, especially if you've ever interviewed at any other job. I wasn't overly nervous or anything, it was a seasonal job and I'm just looking for something relaxing and earn some extra money. I realize it's much more serious for a lot of other people.
