I applied via Indeed, which later promoted me to apply through their website. After applying on their site, I received an email invitation for an interview the following week. I picked a time slot and anticipated the interview. I read on here that the interview would be a group interview, which was accurate. The day of my interview (10 AM) I arrived 15 minutes early, I was advised to wait alongside the customer service desk. After about 10 minutes a woman (no introduction) came and provided a worksheet which was an availability form. The form consisted of only two weeks of availability and boxes to be filled with which days you were available to work. After another 10 minutes, a woman called via radio and notified HR her interviewees were still waiting (all 4 of us). A woman finally arrived and she looked very confused. She thought she only had two interviews instead of 4. She never introduced herself or even said good morning. Before speaking to us she called on the phone to someone and asked them to pull up how many interviews she was supposed to have from the system. After confirmation, she quickly collected our forms. She pulled me to the side after viewing my form (not far from the other interviewees) & said that my hours would not work. She proclaimed that my availability would be a problem (which I found odd because this location closes at 11 PM on the weekend; I asked for 9 AM to 9 PM on the weekend with full availability during the week). I told her I could change it but she insisted that the hours would be a problem. She gave me a run around answer. I even asked her if they were offering overnight shifts, she said no with another bogus explanation. I shook her hand, thanked her and left. We spoke no more than 5 minutes after I waited for her for 20. The overall experience was very unprofessional; her tardiness and impersonal attitude. There was no personality or scenario questions or not even a "Why did you want to work here?"
