I applied online. I interviewed at Kohl's (Colorado Springs, CO) in Oct 2018
Interview
It was all done through text messages which was super cool, but then once I got there in person the whole thing took literally 2 minutes. I was walking out the door 5 min before my interview was supposed to even start. The store manager barely introduced herself, didnt make me feel welcome at all and didn’t ask me anything except why I want to work at kohl’s and when I can start. It made me feel like they’d hire just anybody that came in from the street looking for a job.
Very nice and kind. Got back got me quickly after I applied. Interview went well and got the job quickly! I found the interview process to be smooth and nice.
