I had a teleconference video intereview. I went down to a local office park in Richmond, VA, where there was a staffing office that had the video confernece hook up with Kohl's. I wasn't used to the time delay and where to look during the interview (at the camera our at the screen), so the whole thing felt a little awkward. The questions were mostly standard around each of my experiences, and related jobs.
