I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Kohl's (Indianapolis, IN) in Jul 2018
Interview
It was super easy. Our original store manager that I interviewed with was super relaxed and easy on me (thank god) but I can imagine if you have a tougher manager, it might not be as easy. Kohl's has been struggling to find workers so I wouldn't worry about absolutely thrilling them. They're almost definitely desperate.

Question 1
If a customer is being rude or making a mess of the store, how do you deal with that?
A fellow sales associate admits to you that they have been stealing money from the registers at the end of the night, what do you do with that information?
It was a pretty standard interview with situational questions and they explained the job duties. They also took me around the store to show me around and introduce me to everyone.
Pretty straight forward, the interview was like any other for any clothing company. Pretty quick, from call to being on the job took 1-2 weeks minimum. Though pay wasn’t that great, it was still a good learning experience.

Very easy! They asked about my experience and ask me a few behavioral questions and then discuss about the role. The manager was really nice and really enjoyed it as a first job!
