I applied through other source. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Kohl's (Orlando, FL) in Oct 2019
Interview
I was sent an online coding challenge which took about 1.5 hours to complete. After that, I did an in-person interview with the VP of Technology at the Grace Hopper Conference. The interview was very casual, with me mostly asking all the questions about the position, the company, and what the VP does.

Question 1
What are you interested in doing in a Software Engineering internship?
I applied online. I interviewed at Kohl's in Jan 2026
Interview
Applied online and was reached out to by a recruiter in the company for a short chat. That went well, so we waited until after the holidays to schedule the next step; a technical interview with 3 senior engineers. Each asked their own questions, and then the engineer within my discipline took me through a technical exercise of reviewing code. I thought I did well enough for my level, and had a pleasant time talking with the interviewers. However, I did not receive any feedback. I reached out via email a week later to both the coordinator and recruiter: no response. Got the automated rejection two weeks later. Please at least be courteous and give an update on the process.
