Brief and basic questions were asked it was quick and asked basic customer service questions. It was setup online to schedule an interview then got there and the store manager wasn't aware of interview and said position was already filled and I drove 1 hour to get there.

The interview was pretty average. I applied first through the Intern program, and was later able to apply for the Managers In Training program. 2 rounds of interviews. First with the recruiter, second with the district manager. Typical behavior questions and future based questions, like what are you goals and where do you see yourself.
