I applied in-person. The process took 4 days. I interviewed at Kohl's (Chicago, IL) in Nov 2016
Interview
I applied in person and one of the managers took my application then directed me to another manager for a mini interview. I was asked back a few days after for a group meeting and was offered the job on spot.
It was a pretty standard interview with situational questions and they explained the job duties. They also took me around the store to show me around and introduce me to everyone.
Pretty straight forward, the interview was like any other for any clothing company. Pretty quick, from call to being on the job took 1-2 weeks minimum. Though pay wasn’t that great, it was still a good learning experience.

Question 1
If a customer asked for a location of a product what will you do
Fairly easy interview with standard questions about experience and availability. The interviewer was professional and explained the role clearly. I was surprised to learn of evening availability requirements that were not reflected in the availability I submitted on my application.
