The interview process is in steps. The first interview is the weeding out process. The second, if you make it that far with another manager is the actual hiring portion. The interview was one on one.
Easy to schedule and they were flexible on times. Recruiter was very detailed, thorough, and professional. Was open to explaining about the company, benefits, and open role. Did not feel rushed and the time flew by.
I applied in-person. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Kohl's (New York, NY) in May 2019
Interview
Very disorganized and, as I found out, dishonest. They didn't have this position available and I was called the day before my interview to be informed of that. They had it open to lure people in to try to get them to do cashiering. Shameful.

Question 1
Would you be interested in being a Sales Associate instead?
I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Kohl's in Apr 2019
Interview
The position was titled "Administrative Assistant" but it is a customer service role! You do cashiering, stocking, fitting rooms, etc. That is NOT what an Administrative Assistant does! The lady told me that every one there does the same jobs and they all cross-train lol such a waste of time. I thought this was a legit admin assistant.
