It is a very simple, informal, and straight forward process. Online applications are available as well as walk-in interviews can be conducted at any store location. It is recommended to contact your desired location for available postitions.
Phone interview scheduled with hiring manager through workday. 1. What does client service mean to you?
2. What do you do if a client has a question that you don't know answer to. Overall just client service based qusetions. It was really simple just knowing what other opeational jobs you had it could be retail though.
The interview was pretty simple. It started over the phone and after I was scheduled to come in for an in person interview. The phone call felt like the actual interview since the in person interview was just to ask if I accept the job.

It was an over the phone interview. They asked about four or five questions. The whole interview process took about 15-20 mins a really short and easy interview. The hiring process took a while.
