I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Kohl's (Pembroke, MA)
Interview
Terrible. I have a long background in customer service as it clearly stated on my resume. I think the girl interviewing was new at the time, full of herself, and on a power trip. I am a hard worker, and I learn fast. I am always and have always been great with customers, and helping take care of customer issues. During the interview process they make you do a role play. Those are not my favorite, and maybe I didn’t do well with that, but I’m not an actress lol. Put me in the real situation and let me handle it. I would have been worth a chance, and I could have proven that, but I was never given the chance. Good luck to anyone who interviews with this person!
In person, then a call witg an offer, with an email offer as well, then training on computer and in perosn with another associate. Then on your own for the rest of the tome
Not too hard.Very friendly.Interview lasted about 25 mns. They asked me about my background, and few behavioral questions.Manager was very sympathetic and nice.It was a one round phone interview and the hiring process was fast.It was a part time job
Sit down with the manager. Asked basic questions and name time about various situations. Also, wanted to see your experience. Seemed like they like older people, and want more experience.
