Interview
I met with one of the managers, she asked me a few questions, gave me a tour of the store and asked for my availability. I heard back a few days later about whether I got the offer.
Easy, they ask how you prioritize tasks. demonstrate your leadership ability, be creative and you will get the job. You have to have a very open schedule if you want to be full time, not so much with part time. They are very understanding as well. you will have to work overnight at times, but that is only during inventory season. they do pay time and a half for overnight shifts.

I applied online. I interviewed at Kohl's (Mechanicsville, VA)
Interview
Applied online and recieved an interview about 2 weeks later. I think mainly because I called the store and asked for the manager myself. The manager was nice during the interview and I prepared before. She asked me things like why I wanted to work there and how much experience I had in customer service. Unfortunately I did not get the job even though it seemed to have went really well.
