Very easy, simple questions: “tell me about yourself” “what’s one of your strengths?” “why do you want to work for kohl’s?” Overall, they needed workers so it didn’t really matter how you did on the interview, you were hired.
Asked regular job interview questions regarding my experience and why I wanted to work there. Also asked a bit about how I would greet customers, handle problems with customers, etc.

I heard back a with 24 to 48 hours of applying. The first interview is a phone interview and they let you know the that they will be describing the role, asking for your availability, etc. I did think the questions were a little more involved then they let on for a phone screen, but they were fairly typical scenario questions.

I walked in and they immediately explained the job to me and asked me questions to see if I would be a good fit. I got the job on the spot and they scheduled me to work the next day.
