I was offered to come in for an interview about 2 weeks after submitting my resume upon successful completion of an online assessment. My interview was not that long and was done with an HR representative, it lasted about 15 minutes and then I interviewed for about another 15 minutes with a coordinator from my department. The same day of the interview I did a job shadow for about an hour and was asked my opinion and sent on my way. About three days later I was called and informed I had the job. I then met latter for salary discussion.
