After filling out the initial application online, i received an email the next day asking me to take a 69 question test frim the link in the email. Its your typical "morality test" type of questions that go with most retail jobs. The next day i received another email asking me if I was available at 1 pm the following day for a phone interview. I replied yes. The next day a very friendly young woman called me. Ibwas very polite and answered her questions as professionally as posdible, citung experience from previous jobs. I could feel that the interview was going well. At the end of the questions she told me that she thought I would make a great member of the Kohl's team. I accepted her offer if employment. Two days later i received an email with the hiring and orientation information to fill out and to schedule my in person orientation.
