I got an interview initially for the holiday season and since there were a lot of applicants, we did a group interview. Having a group actually took some of my nerves away. The employer was very relatable and made conversation to each prospective employee after each question.

Give an example of a time when someone did something they shouldn't have in the workplace, and how you reacted.
In person, then a call witg an offer, with an email offer as well, then training on computer and in perosn with another associate. Then on your own for the rest of the tome
Not too hard.Very friendly.Interview lasted about 25 mns.They asked me about my background,and few behavioral questions.Manager was very sympathetic and nice.It was a one round phone interview and the hiring process was fast.It was a part time job
Sit down with the manager. Asked basic questions and name time about various situations. Also, wanted to see your experience. Seemed like they like older people, and want more experience.
