The interview process was fairly easy, I applied online and then received a follow up email to schedule an interview by phone. The interview lasted about 15-20 minutes and was comprised of questions pertaining to myself and to members working in Kohls.

Q: What was one time you lead a group and had to overcome a challenge?
It was a pretty standard interview with situational questions and they explained the job duties. They also took me around the store to show me around and introduce me to everyone.
Pretty straight forward, the interview was like any other for any clothing company. Pretty quick, from call to being on the job took 1-2 weeks minimum. Though pay wasn’t that great, it was still a good learning experience.

Very easy! They asked about my experience and ask me a few behavioral questions and then discuss about the role. The manager was really nice and really enjoyed it as a first job!
