Filled out applications received a phone call to come in for an interview about a week later. Interviews are done as a group only one other person showed up besides myself so it wasn't that difficult.

Regular run of the mill interview questions such as what would you do if you found out a fellow employee was stealing.
It was easy and simple. Only 1 round and then offer sent through email. Should we easy to answer questions if you look into the company. Not hard at all

This is a group interview with about 5-6 people also being interviewed. There is usually 2 people interviewing the group. It is just one round of interviewing. Could be a little intimating if you haven't done an interview before

How do help a customer if you don't know the answer?
The interview process was very easy and smooth. Mostly behavioral questions about how I handle customers and difficult situations. The overall experience was great and was on the easier side of the previous interviews I had done prior.
