I filled out an application online for a part time Sephora Beauty advisor position. I immediately received an invitation for an interview the same day. I went to the interview. Basically all they care about is your availability to work. I told the store manager I was not available on Wednesdays and instantly told I wouldn't be the right fit! Remind you I applied for a part time position! The store manager explained that I would have to have open availability each day. This is very sad especially for someone who is applying for part time work. Perhaps it should be labeled as an "on call" position or Full time ...not part time!!! Where is the balance???? No thanks! Then they wonder why people are still on unemployment! YOU ARE MAKING IT VERY DIFFITCULT FOR SOMEONE TO RAISE CHILDREN AND WORK A PART TIME JOB!!!! Shame on you Kohls!!!
