Interview
They were extremely friendly and attentive. The process was quick and pleasant. I met a recruiter at the career fair and had an interview a week after that. The second interview took place two weeks later at the local Kohl's store and I got a response the same week. All three interviewers were very nice. The questions they asked were the common behavioral questions.

Question 1
Tell me a time when you made a mistake and how you reacted.
It was quite pleasant and they asked all of the basics. There are two interviews first a screening then a second with the hiring manager. Both parts were not that difficult as long as you prepare a few days prior.
The process began with a phone screen, a panel interview, and 2nd round interview. Interview questions included both behavioral questions and some technical knowledge questions depending on the role. Be prepared to talk about anything on your resume in depth.
