Interview
Multiple applicants were interviewed simultaneously. Very casual, joking atmosphere. Interviewees wore a range of outfits from casual jeans and t-shirts to business casual to business formal. Interviewed with the sales manager. One interview and then received a phone call asking if still interested in the position. Told to come to orientation. At the interview was asked about availability but at the time of accepting the position neither the number of hours or approximate schedule were discussed. Upon arriving at the orientation was handed a schedule starting the next day to work 8 out of the 10 next days. Had to go back in later to work out the schedule around previous commitments made before there was a job offer.

Question 1
describe a situation where you went above and beyond for a customer
It was a pretty standard interview with situational questions and they explained the job duties. They also took me around the store to show me around and introduce me to everyone.
Pretty straight forward, the interview was like any other for any clothing company. Pretty quick, from call to being on the job took 1-2 weeks minimum. Though pay wasn’t that great, it was still a good learning experience.

Question 1
If a customer asked for a location of a product what will you do
Very easy! They asked about my experience and ask me a few behavioral questions and then discuss about the role. The manager was really nice and really enjoyed it as a first job!
