Interview
The interview are held in group/panel fashion and are very straight forward. What happens basically is that there is a hiring staff to applicant phase to a applicant/applicant phase. The first phase is mainly use so that the hiring staff can gauge your personality and is probably the most important of the interview. The next phase reviews your intercommunication skills with strangers and is more of the ice breaker factor.
About 20 minutes , basic questions about teamwork and customer service. Had the interview and they called a few minutes later to offer me the job. The interviewer was very nice and made me feel calm
It was painless and super easy and I'm just putting in this information so I can view the average salaries of a company because I can't use Glassdoor unless I do this.
It was over the phone and very straight forward. I spoke with the current 02 (Assistant Store Manager) at the time and it focused on previous experiences in teams. Afterward, I received an email to complete the onboarding process online, filling out paperwork.
