I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Kohl's (Columbia, SC) in Oct 2014
Interview
The interview process for this involved a few parts. First there was an initial interview with very many behavioral questions (i.e. tell me about a time you...). Then they send a skills assessment that is mostly math based. Once you get past those two items, they call you in for a group case study and individual interviews with regional directors. The case study will be a situation based in a Kohl's store, and they watch you interact with the other interviewees to find a solution. You then present that solution and there is a brief Q&A. Afterwards, you have two 30-minute interviews with two of the judges from the case study.
