There where three rounds - the first, and second were on campus, and the third interview they flew you out to the headquarters. There were 3 different individual interviews. You are interviewed by 3 different levels of employees, and once you have answered their questions, you can then ask any (it is encouraged to have at least 3 good questions).

Two day event. Multiple interviews in round robin style, Interviews were with different managers as well as recruiters. Dinner at night with recruiters. Second day was a presentation of benefits and company culture.

It was a good experience overall. I was interviewed by two different people on the same day. The women I interviewed with were merchandise analysts within the company. It's good to be prepared and having experience with data/spreadsheets/basic retail math is very helpful.
