I applied online and then received a call, the interview was one-on-one and very short. they asked if I could solicit credit and if i would be willing to learn and help other departments. They asked basic interview questions about experience and being a team player. Very straight forward since it was a "seasonal" position I was filling.

Very easy interview process. Met with a lead first and then the store manager. Both very nice and easy to talk to. Overall process lasted about a half hour. Very general questions asked.
